Welcome to Sprite AC Remote VIP subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "VIP Service"). You may also choose to enable auto-renewal service for a more convenient subscription experience. To protect your rights, please read this agreement carefully before using this service, especially the highlighted sections. Please read and accept all terms of this agreement, otherwise you cannot use this service. Your purchase or use of Sprite AC Remote VIP service is deemed as your reading and agreement to accept all contents of this agreement.
This agreement is signed between Sprite AC Remote Development Team (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our party") and the user (hereinafter also referred to as "you"), and is an integral part of the "Sprite AC Remote" platform rules. If this agreement is inconsistent with the Sprite AC Remote User Agreement and Privacy Policy, the User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall prevail. If this agreement and related service terms are modified, we will announce them on the Sprite AC Remote platform, and you can choose to accept and continue using this service, or refuse to accept and stop using this service.
"Sprite AC Remote VIP Service" is a network value-added service we provide for you. After becoming a Sprite AC Remote VIP user, you can enjoy certain privileges and participate in activities within "Sprite AC Remote" according to this agreement. The specific service content is subject to what the Sprite AC Remote platform provides.
"Auto-renewal Service" is an automatic subscription renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated Sprite AC Remote VIP service.
2.1 You can apply to activate Sprite AC Remote VIP service on the service activation interface. After successful payment, you can successfully activate it. Please carefully verify the type and specific information of the service when activating. If transaction errors are caused by your personal reasons, we will not be responsible for this and will not refund any fees.
2.2 After successfully activating Sprite AC Remote VIP service, you can enjoy multiple exclusive privileges and services provided by Sprite AC Remote. Sprite AC Remote VIP service adopts subscription billing method including monthly, quarterly, and annual billing methods. If you do not use the corresponding privileges before the billing date, they will expire after the billing date.
2.3 For account security, we may impose certain restrictions on the number of devices that can log in and use the same Sprite AC Remote account.
2.4 We may adjust Sprite AC Remote VIP service content according to business development. Please pay attention to and understand content and policy changes, and understand and agree to our adjustments. If you have enjoyed or are enjoying certain service content or rights before the adjustment, you accept the impact of the adjustment on you and agree to use according to the adjusted content without requiring us to bear any responsibility.
2.5 Please note that we will not entrust any third party to sell or provide VIP services. All VIP service purchases should be completed within "Sprite AC Remote". Any inability to use due to accepting third-party links for purchase is not related to Sprite AC Remote.
2.6 After enabling VIP subscription function, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access electronic content during the corresponding service period, paid fees do not support refunds. If you pay VIP fees through Apple, please contact Apple Pay customer service for invoicing after payment. Apple customer service phone: 400 666 8800.
3.1 During the valid period of your VIP subscription, you will enjoy ad filtering functionality and will not see related promotional and detail page ads; you will gain unlimited access to premium AC control features, advanced remote functions, unlimited device management, and ad removal among other VIP exclusive functions.
3.2 During the valid period of activated Sprite AC Remote VIP service, if you voluntarily cancel or terminate your Sprite AC Remote VIP service qualification, all paid fees will not be refunded. If fees change after your purchase, there will be no change for you during your purchased period.
3.3 After Sprite AC Remote VIP service expires or qualification is cancelled, you will no longer enjoy Sprite AC Remote VIP service.
3.4 Under normal circumstances, we will not actively cancel your privilege qualification, unless your account is banned or cancelled due to violation of laws and regulations or platform rules.
3.5 Android and iOS VIP data are not interoperable. If you purchase VIP on Android, it can only be used on Android clients; if you purchase VIP on iOS, it can only be used on iOS.
4.1 You have civil rights capacity and civil conduct capacity, and have the ability to bear responsibility for all actions of using Sprite AC Remote VIP service. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualifications, we have the right to seek compensation from your guardian or other responsible parties when requiring you to bear responsibility according to legal provisions or this agreement.
4.2 Please properly keep your account and password, and be responsible for all activities and behaviors performed with that account. It is prohibited to give, lend, rent, transfer or sell the account.
4.3 If you implement any of the following behaviors, we have the right to terminate providing Sprite AC Remote VIP service without notifying you, and have the right to restrict and freeze your account. You should compensate for losses caused to us and other third parties:
5.1 Service Description: On the premise that you have activated this service, you authorize us to entrust third-party payment channels to deduct the next billing cycle subscription fee from your Alipay account, WeChat account, Apple Pay, Huawei Wallet and other third-party payment accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as: deduction accounts) bound to your Sprite AC Remote VIP account when the paid VIP validity period is about to expire.
5.2 Auto-renewal: We entrust third-party payment channels to collect the next billing cycle subscription fee for paid VIP through your bound account, record the payment in the paid VIP payment record, and simultaneously extend the paid VIP validity period. You need to ensure successful deduction from the third-party payment channel from the above account. If renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account, we have the right to suspend or terminate your VIP service without further notice, and you shall bear the responsibility yourself.
5.3 You choose to bind WeChat, Alipay, Apple Pay, Huawei Wallet or other deduction accounts to enjoy this service, which will be deemed as your agreement to Alipay, WeChat, Apple Pay, Wallet and other channels issuing deduction instructions, and agree that these payment channels can deduct the next billing cycle subscription fee from the above accounts without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
7.1 If you exercise the rights stipulated in this agreement to purchase or accept goods or services provided by third-party merchants and disputes arise, please claim rights from the third-party merchants who sell or provide such goods or services.
7.2 For losses caused by third-party actions or inactions or force majeure, you agree that we do not bear any responsibility, including but not limited to payment services, communication line failures, communication technical problems, networks, computer failures or hacker intrusions and other infringement behaviors by telecommunications departments.
7.3 You understand and agree that during the use of Sprite AC Remote VIP service, if force majeure or server interruption and other risk factors occur, we will cooperate with relevant units for maintenance as soon as possible. You support this and do not require us to bear any losses caused to you and do not require refund of fees already paid.
8.1 If Sprite AC Remote VIP service needs to be suspended, interrupted or terminated due to our company's strategic development, government actions or force majeure, we will notify you by announcement.
8.2 This agreement uses the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, you and Sprite AC Remote Development Team agree to submit disputes to the local people's court for litigation resolution.

We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and reply within thirty days after verifying your user identity.
