User Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Sprite AC Remote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Sprite AC Remote is a universal AC remote control application designed to work with major HVAC brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, York, and many others.

Sprite AC Remote provides the following services:

• Universal AC remote control functionality for compatible devices
• Support for 12+ major AC brands with 95%+ compatibility rate
• Free version: Control up to 2 AC devices
• VIP subscription: Unlimited device control and premium features
• Real-time connection status and temperature control
• Customer support via phone and email

VIP Subscription includes:

• Unlimited AC device connections
• Advanced control modes and settings
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new features
• Ad-free experience

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

As a user of Sprite AC Remote, you agree to:

• Use the app only for controlling your own AC devices
• Ensure your iPhone has infrared capabilities if required
• Provide accurate information during setup
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the app

Please note the following limitations:

• Compatibility depends on your AC model and iPhone capabilities
• We cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with all AC units
• App functionality may vary based on device distance and obstacles
• We are not responsible for any damage to AC units from misuse
• Service availability may be affected by maintenance or updates

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Sprite AC Remote at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
